Demetri started Rise Productive in his college dorm room in 2020. Demetri is passionate about everything productivity and self-help and spends most of his free time working out and watching his beloved Chiefs and Cubs.

Chantz joined Rise Productive as our podcast cohost in April 2021. Chantz is an avid runner, a huge Bengals fan, and a philosophy/ethics enthusiast. Chantz and Demetri ran track together at Loyola University Chicago.

Vinicius joined Rise Productive full-time in November 2022 as our head of content. He's passionate about everything creative, spends his free time watching The Green Bay Packers, and is an avid investor.
