Accenture survey finds AI costs under closer scrutiny as daily use rises

Accenture’s July–August survey of 3,000 executives and 3,000 employees at large organizations across 21 countries found 69% of leaders more closely scrutinize AI operating costs, while 41% of leaders and 43% of employees report daily AI use. These are respondents’ answers in a large-company sample, not a measure of all businesses or independently proven ROI.
