Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.
Services Description
Rise Productive provides AI implementation consulting services, including but not limited to AI strategy development, custom AI system design, implementation, deployment, training, and ongoing optimization. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual service agreements.
Payment Terms
Payment is due according to the terms specified in your service agreement. Unless otherwise stated, payment is due within 30 days of invoice. Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in your agreement.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you will own all custom code and systems developed specifically for your project. We retain ownership of our proprietary methodologies, frameworks, and pre-existing tools that may be incorporated into your solution.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the engagement. This includes but is not limited to business processes, technical specifications, and strategic plans. Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of any agreement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rise Productive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Guarantee Terms
Our 90-Day Success Guarantee is subject to the specific terms outlined in your service agreement, including the requirement to meet client obligations such as providing data/access on time, attending scheduled check-ins, and responding to requests within 2 business days.
Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement as specified in that agreement. Upon termination, you will be responsible for payment for all services rendered up to the termination date.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
