Aramco closes 49% HUMAIN stake with $2.6 billion in planned cash contributions
Aramco and Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund say they closed a transaction giving Aramco 49% of HUMAIN and leaving PIF with 51%. Aramco says it will contribute AI, compute and digital assets plus about SAR 9.9 billion ($2.6 billion) in cash during 2026. The companies plan to develop AI infrastructure and applications; the 3-gigawatt data-center target is a 2030 plan, not capacity already operating.
