Agent-Native 0.187 stops interrupted writes from being blindly dispatched twice

Builder.io's Agent-Native 0.187 records an aborted tool call as an unknown interrupted outcome so recovery can inspect it instead of automatically repeating a write. The release also makes review comments safe to retry without duplicate notifications, keeps long external-runtime turns alive across periodic saves, carries browser approvals into resumed runs, and preserves continuation identities when durable dispatch is temporarily unavailable.
