Agent-Native 0.190 lets apps run handlers in signed recurring-job sweeps

Builder.io Agent-Native core 0.190 lets app-owned handlers participate in a signed recurring-job sweep and exposes recurring background jobs in typed runtime configuration. The same release adds Design and Slides previews to human-review rollups and bounded context selection before an agent's first response.
