Agent-Native 0.194 makes agent suggestions reviewable and moves chat to AgentKit

Builder.io Agent-Native core 0.194 adds durable suggestion proposals whose members can be reviewed independently and decided atomically against an exact observed set. It also moves framework chat surfaces to AgentKit while preserving history, recovery, attachments, model selection, runs, and message actions. The release removes several older adapter APIs; paired Toolkit 0.22.2 adds collaborative editor conflict handling and local undo/redo.
