Cactus Compute publishes Needle 3 weights and platform engines for on-device tool selection, structured extraction and text embeddings. Its model can be specialized to different depths, with advertised 8-29 MB deployment files. It trades general chat capacity for bounded tasks; benchmark advantages are vendor-reported rather than independently reproduced here.
