Claude Code 2.1.282 closes duplicate-action and managed-policy gaps
Claude Code 2.1.282 fixes restored approval prompts that could run a command twice after a remote worker restart, blocks project skills from pre-approving their own tools under managed-only policy, and tightens symlink, sandbox, and managed-setting boundaries. It also improves large-session resume, routine loading, half-hour timezone scheduling, compaction fallback, and recovery from damaged thinking history.
