Codex 0.155.1 fixes rejected requests on providers without reasoning summaries

New local terminal sessions now leave reasoning summaries disabled by default, preventing request rejection by providers that do not support them. Explicit reasoning-summary settings remain respected. This is a targeted compatibility patch, not a new model or an automatic change to every hosted Codex interface.
