Cua Sandbox 0.8 adds OSWorld disk support on Fleet

Cua's sandbox release adds OSWorld disks through the osworld agent type and a guide for running OSWorld on Fleet. It also repairs JSON handling of image file sizes. This is evaluation infrastructure for computer-use agents, not evidence that any particular model now scores better.
