Deepgram expands Nova-3 transcription to 55 languages

Deepgram’s October 23 changelog says model=nova-3 with language=multi now uses a new multilingual model covering 55 languages on its existing batch and streaming API endpoints. Optional language hints can guide detection; customers who need the former 10-language version can pin its documented version IDs. Self-hosted customers must request updated model files.
