DeepSeek Harness adds persistent scheduled tasks and background desktop agents

DeepSeek Harness 0.1.7-rc.2 adds reminders and repeating scheduled tasks that retain run history and survive app restarts, with intervals as short as one minute. Desktop tasks can continue after the window closes, newly enabled tools become available inside an ongoing conversation, and manual approval can override an automatic review denial when the session allows it.
