DeepSeek Harness alpha tests Claude Code Mods compatibility and web task controls

The prerelease introduces an experimental Mods compatibility layer and brings existing automation tasks into the web interface. It preserves unsent drafts and adds public-URL prefix support for reverse proxies. The invariant runtime plugin and its export path are removed, requiring extension updates.
