Docusign acquires Suplari for procurement AI

Docusign announced on November 3 that it acquired Suplari, which analyzes supplier spending and procurement data. Docusign plans to bring those capabilities into Intelligent Agreement Management to connect contract obligations with spending decisions. Terms were not disclosed, and the planned integration is not a live feature from this release.
