FuriosaAI completes $620 million Series D for inference chips

FuriosaAI announced completion of a $620 million Series D and an approximately $2.9 billion post-money valuation. It plans to expand production of its AI inference accelerator and develop a next-generation chip. The capital raised is separate from valuation, and future deployment scale remains a company plan.
