GitHub Copilot adds project-level local sandboxing for agent sessions
The GitHub Copilot app now offers public-preview sandbox controls for local repository and working-tree sessions. Projects can request filesystem allow and deny lists, outbound and local network policy, and Git or GitHub CLI credentials; unsupported operating-system enforcement fails closed instead of silently running without a sandbox.
