GitHub adds shared Copilot Automations with new triggers and cost controls

GitHub is rolling out shared Automations that teams can see and edit together, billed to the repository owner. The same release adds more event and API triggers, custom MCP tools and limits on AI credits per run or time period. Teams need write access to create automations and should review tool permissions before enabling them.
