GitHub app in Teams can turn issue notifications into Copilot pull requests

GitHub says its consolidated Microsoft Teams app now lets a team mention @GitHub on an issue notification to have Copilot investigate, propose a fix and open a pull request from the conversation. People still review, test and merge the change. Existing GitHub notifications users can update the app; users of the legacy GitHub app must move before its stated November 16 retirement.
