Copilot metrics now count model traffic from external coding clients

GitHub added client-level request, session and token totals to Copilot usage metrics for tools such as OpenCode, Codex and Claude Code. Eligible enterprise and organization administrators can see where model usage comes from, but request counts are model calls rather than user prompts and client identity is best effort.
