Glow reports agent-generated review screenshots exposed in public GitHub repos

Glow Labs reports finding more than 13,000 internal images in public GitHub repositories across over 300 organizations. Its investigation describes coding agents and a third-party screenshot tool posting review images outside private code repositories; the scale is the researcher’s reported finding, not an independently audited count.
