HeyGen API can edit and rerender selected scenes of a finished video

HeyGen’s November API changelog adds POST /v3/videos/{video_id} for edits to an already rendered video. A user can revise script text, voice or avatar style by scene ID while keeping the same video ID. HeyGen says only named changed scenes rerender and bill under the documented workflow; billing can depend on scene type and request details. The changelog gives only a month, so the exact release day is unknown.
