HeyGen adds 1080p video API output at the existing 2K rate

HeyGen’s current October API changelog adds 1080p output to its video model endpoint. Both 1080p and 2K bill at three times the 768p rate for output and reference-video seconds; 768p remains the default. The changelog gives only October, so the exact release day is unverified.
