Hi3D publishes v1.0 geometry-refinement weights and inference code

Hi3D has published weights and inference code for a 3D geometry-refinement model that takes an image and an existing coarse mesh, then produces more detailed geometry. The release is under a custom Hi3D license, not a permissive open-source license: commercial products need attribution and larger services must seek a separate license above stated user or revenue thresholds. The tested high-resolution setup requires a powerful NVIDIA GPU; the public package omits training code and the initial coarse-mesh stage.
