Hume introduces an audio judgment API with waitlist access
Hume announced its Audio Decision API on November 2 for asking structured questions about raw speech and sound, such as speaker count or expressed frustration, without requiring a transcript. The playground can be tried, while API access requires a waitlist request. Its agreement scores are from Hume’s own evaluation and are not independent validation of call-center accuracy.
