Jais 3 brings open Arabic language and speech models across dialects

The Institute of Foundation Models and Inception42 introduced Jais 3, six Arabic-focused language models from 0.9B to 375B parameters, alongside Jais Speech for Arabic transcription. The issuers say weights are available on Hugging Face. Their Arabic benchmark results are based on their own test suite and do not prove performance in every dialect or workplace.
