Ironclad announces a contract agent grounded in company deal history

Ironclad announced an agent that searches contracts and coordinates review workflows using a new Contract Knowledge Graph of clauses, prior decisions and deal context. It also introduced policy-based access and a workflow-design agent for legal, procurement and sales teams. Ironclad cites selected customers using its agents, but the release does not give a general rollout date or independent performance study for all new features.
