Meta launches equity offerings and outlines a larger AI funding plan

Meta announced concurrent public offerings of about $35 billion, including common stock and mandatory convertible preferred shares, to support its AI infrastructure investment. It also described a possible future $60 billion at-the-market program that has not been established. The combined $95 billion is a plan, not money already raised, and Meta says 2026 capital spending is expected to reach $135 billion to $145 billion.
