Muse Spark Open’s license adds attribution and a revenue-triggered hosting agreement
Meta’s Muse Model License permits many uses of the new open weights but requires a visible “Built with Muse Spark Open” notice and compliance with its usage policy. A model-as-a-service provider with more than $20 million in aggregate gross revenue over any consecutive 12 months must notify Meta and enter a separate agreement before offering this model. Meta says the threshold does not apply to ordinary internal use or features in a non-model-hosting product.
