Microsoft R&D-Agent 1.0 adds a web UI and an automated reinforcement-learning lab

Microsoft's open-source R&D-Agent reached 1.0 with a web UI server, synchronized backend traces, an LLM fine-tuning scenario, and the AutoRL-Bench framework and benchmark integrations. The release also makes a UI authentication token mandatory for localhost deployments and hardens server, archive, evaluator, and artifact-deserialization boundaries.
