Moonshot publishes Kimi K3.1 Pro model weights

Moonshot’s public, ungated Kimi K3.1 Pro repository now contains model weights and a license. This is a separate access milestone from the October 23 Kimi app and API launch. The license requires certain large model-as-a-service businesses to make a separate agreement and some large commercial products to display the model name; those conditions do not apply to internal use or Moonshot-certified access. The repository was created November 2, and the exact public-opening time is unverified, so the story keeps the publication date unknown.
