ChatGPT starts rolling out locked conversations across individual plans
OpenAI says locked chats hide selected conversations from ordinary history, pinned items and search, with access through a four-digit account PIN or supported device authentication. The feature is gradually rolling out to Free, Go, Plus and Pro users on web, iOS, Android and new desktop apps. It does not change the account’s retention or model-improvement settings.
