Codex 0.156 turns the agent command center into a worktree control room

OpenAI's Codex 0.156 release adds status filters and worktree session creation to the agent command center, enables worktrees by default, introduces a usage dashboard for tokens, plugins, and skills, and makes voice conversations default in the TUI. It also closes sandbox isolation gaps and preserves streamed answers when agent turns fail or subagents finish.
