Codex 0.158 adds MCP OAuth credentials and authenticated executor connections

OpenAI Codex 0.158.0 can connect to MCP servers requiring pre-registered OAuth client secrets and can secure direct exec-server WebSocket connections with bearer tokens. The release also adds explicit transparent-background image generation and file-backed image editing, while enabling terminal input approval by default for elevated commands.
