Codex 0.159 lets new input steer a long-running agent without stopping its work

OpenAI's Codex 0.159 release adds opt-in instant interruption so a user message can steer the agent while a model response or long-running code-mode call is active. The release also improves thread-history pagination and hardens approved-command filesystem denials. The interruption feature is disabled by default.
