OpenAI opens Daybreak Red access through AWS GovCloud for approved defenders
OpenAI says approved government security teams can access GPT-5.6 Cyber through Daybreak Red on Amazon Bedrock in AWS GovCloud US-East. Users need both OpenAI Daybreak approval and AWS provisioning; approval from one does not automatically enable the other. This is a restricted regional access expansion of an existing cybersecurity model, not a new model launch or general public availability.
