OpenAI reports rising agent-tool use among its EU business customers
OpenAI Economic Research says Codex and ChatGPT Work now account for more than half of output tokens in its EU ChatGPT Enterprise sample, and weekly active users of those tools at EU small and medium businesses on its platform have grown more than eightfold since May. The figures describe OpenAI customers and its definitions, not all EU companies or independently measured economic benefits.
