ServiceNow and OpenAI expand planned enterprise AI integrations
ServiceNow and OpenAI announced expanded work on ChatGPT-connected ServiceNow actions, application development, security and voice. The ServiceNow MCP plugin is available in OpenAI now; enhanced integration, voice and security capabilities have later target dates, so the agreement is not a live end-to-end deployment. ServiceNow also plans to extend ChatGPT Work and Codex to employees.
