Sign in with ChatGPT lets eligible users bring plan usage to partner tools

OpenAI introduced a way to use eligible ChatGPT plan allowances across 16 participating partners, including Devin, Notion, Vercel, OpenClaw, and Dactyl, while separately offering ChatGPT identity for easier sign-in. The recap says identity is global, but plan usage is limited to Plus and Pro users in participating tools.
