OpenClaw Enterprise opens a self-hosted control plane for persistent agents

OpenClaw introduced an open-source enterprise control plane for persistent agents, with multi-tenancy, governance, sandbox boundaries and interchangeable harness, model and sandbox components. The project is usable for internal pilot workloads, but its 1.0 release and reference security architecture are still ahead.
