OpenHands 1.20 adds secret selection and saved profiles for automations

Agent Canvas now lets supported backends expose all, none or selected saved secrets to an agent profile, and lets automations select a saved profile. The release also forwards Docker conversation runtime settings. Secret enforcement remains the Agent Server's responsibility, not a browser-side filter.
