OpenHands 1.22 adds remote MCP checks for cloud agent backends

OpenHands 1.22 lets the app server test remote MCP servers on cloud backends, opens Git Sync to organization administrators, exposes automation controls to organization members, and fixes cloud saves that could drop sibling MCP server configurations.
