Oracle commits $1 billion over four years to AI partner programs

Oracle announced a $1 billion four-year commitment to training, technical enablement, incentives, migration funding and go-to-market support for its partner network, including AI services. This is Oracle planned ecosystem spending, not funding raised by Oracle or a signed $1 billion acquisition. Individual partner eligibility varies.
