Qwen Code adds concurrent side tasks to Web Shell

Qwen Code 0.25.1 lets Web Shell users start a separate side-task conversation while the main session is still responding. The stable release also adds background Shell and Monitor support for its Managed Agent runtime and bounded input previews on hosted approval requests. Access to managed features depends on the running environment. This is a Qwen Code workflow release, not a new Qwen model.
