Ramp announces $1.85 billion financing at a $60 billion valuation

Ramp announced a $1.85 billion primary financing round on October 15 at a stated $60 billion valuation. The company says its finance platform now includes AI Token Spend Management, a model-routing service and a collaborative AI workspace. Ramp also reports more than $2 billion in annualized revenue, which is a company metric, not proceeds from this financing or proof of customer ROI. The financing backs a broader finance platform, not only its AI products.
