Ricursive releases Apache-licensed Ripple-65B Preview weights

Ricursive published Ripple-65B Preview, a 65-billion-parameter dense model trained from scratch, with instruction-tuned BF16 and NVFP4 weights and a base checkpoint. Its maker page lists access through Hugging Face and hosted providers; the repository labels the weights Apache 2.0. The company’s coding benchmark and training-efficiency results are self-reported. The announcement page is undated, so this record keeps the release date unknown despite a November 4 repository creation time.
