Rocket Software acquires Geniez AI to expand mainframe AI tools

Rocket Software says it has acquired Geniez AI, adding its team and mainframe agent technology to Rocket’s modernization effort. The company expects the deal to inform future EVA capabilities. It did not disclose a price or establish that a combined product integration is live.
