Sereact robots begin handling Zalando returns at two European sites

Sereact, Zalando and CEVA say dual-arm robots have entered live returns operations in Greven, Germany and Świebodzin, Poland. Sereact’s Cortex system identifies, grasps and sorts returned fashion items, with staff supervising exceptions and quality. This is an initial deployment at two sites, not a completed Europe-wide rollout; claimed efficiency is vendor-reported.
