Siena raises $17 million for shared AI customer-service agents

Siena announced a $17 million Series A led by York IE, bringing its stated total funding to $29.7 million. It plans to expand an Agent of Record system that shares customer context across support, shopping, social and voice agents. Customer counts and automation results in the release are company-selected claims, not independent market evidence.
