Silicon Labs opens a public beta of its AI SDK for connected devices

Silicon Labs says its Simplicity AI SDK is in public beta, with support for coding assistants such as Copilot, Cursor and Codex, plus an open Bluetooth LE development track and Databricks connections. Its Hardware Intent Agent is an early roadmap item planned for January 2027, not a generally available feature today.
